Uploaded by the author. Picture Clock is a versatile clock program. It has many of the features found in the Clock program that is packaged with Windows, and adds many features of its own. Some of the features are:

- Ability to load a BMP (256-color) file into the background of the clock
- Customization of colors and view options
- Multi-event alarm with sound file association

Note: To install, after decompressing, copy CTL3DV2.DLL to \Windows\System. Copy remaining files to directory of choice.
